Be at the forefront of Singapore’s digital transformation journey, working with industry leaders and policymakers to shape programmes that enable enterprises to innovate, compete, and thrive in the digital economy.You will be a key driver in shaping strategies and delivering programmes that help enterprises seize opportunities in digitalisation, including AI, cybersecurity, and e-commerce. Your work will accelerate business growth and strengthen Singapore’s digital economy.[What you will be working on]In this role, you will:Design and implement programmes in collaboration with government agencies (e.g., IMDA, CSA) and private sector partners (e.g., big tech firms, banks, telcos) to address enterprise needs.Research and analyse local and global technology trends, identifying opportunities and risks for enterprises.Promote adoption of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.Engage stakeholders across the public and private sectors to co-create impactful initiatives.Monitor programme outcomes and continuously improve based on feedback and evolving market needs.[What we are looking for]Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.Familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, or e-commerce tools will be an advantage.Strong business acumen and proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.Resilient, self-driven, and able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.2–5 years of relevant experience in account management, business development, programme design, or programme management.
