- Assist in organizing department activities, including but not limited to management seminars, all-hands business meetings, and team-building events.
- Handle daily administrative tasks for the department, including workspace management-optimizing desk allocation to meet business needs.
- Support the implementation of training programs, assist in preparing training materials, collect post-training feedback, and participate in data analysis to provide insights for future optimization and decision-making.
- Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by the business team.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Experience in planning and organizing meetings and events.
- Proficiency in commonly used office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; solid copywriting skills; familiarity with image editing tools like Photoshop.
- Approachable and empathetic, with strong communication skills as well as ability to cooperate; strong learning ability.
