
Tender & Business Development Executive (1 Year Contract)

- Lead the end-to-end tender management process, including document preparation, bid submission, and post-tender follow-ups, and debriefing sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Review contracts, NDAs, and agreements to mitigate risks, ensure alignment with company objectives, and identify opportunities for value addition.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, etc.) to gather necessary information, secure approvals, and align on tender strategies for submission.
- Maintain a centralized database of tender documents, agreements, contracts, and performance metrics to streamline future submissions and improve tracking.
- Continuously improve tendering and business development processes by implementing best practices and efficiency measures.
- Drive lead generation efforts by proactively identifying potential opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking activities.
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners, including government agencies, chambers of commerce, embassies, and other companies, to uncover new business leads and create mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Conduct market analysis to assess industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs, ensuring the company remains ahead in identifying high-potential leads.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management, business development, bid coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of procurement procedures, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with external partners, such as government agencies, chambers of commerce, or embassies, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong in both written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Law, Marketing, or a related field.
