- Conducting market analysis and staying up-to-date on market trends to identify new growth opportunities
- Assisting in both prospecting and qualifying both inbound and outbound leads; identifying and developing contacts at the appropriate levels within target prospects
- Pitch and qualify all leads (inbound and outbound) via a consultative approach
- Size and priorities opportunities for appropriate follow-up after qualification
- Work closely cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize operating and fulfilment models for qualified prospects where appropriate
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity and business development progress
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts, understanding their needs and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their success
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand service offerings and increase account value
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews and presentations to partners, showcasing value delivered and future opportunities
- Drive the successful activation of new partnerships with the operation and supply team
- Display proactive problem-solving skills by addressing potential operational issues in fulfilment. Convey strategies in place to mitigate such challenges as part of strategic account management efforts, reinforcing our reliability and forward-thinking approach
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of incident management protocols to partners, emphasising our commitment to safety, reliability, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, account management, consulting and/or strategic operations role
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure new partnerships
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service to partners
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and execute strategic projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and partner satisfaction
- Experience in collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows and service delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectively
- Prior working experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM tools
