- Set and monitor performance targets for different functional teams and track key business metrics regularly.
- Deliver insightful management reports and financial analysis that support decision-making.
- Partner with business units to build financial models and business cases that justify investment and growth initiatives.
- Use Excel and PowerPoint to create clear, compelling presentations and reports.
- Leverage tools like SAP, Essbase, Tableau, or Alteryx to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Work closely with senior management to facilitate strategic discussions and ensure follow-through on key business initiatives.
- Drive the conversion of strategic ideas into practical, implementable action plans.
- Maintain an organized, methodical approach while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in insurance, financial reporting, or performance management.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Experience with SAP, Essbase, Tableau, or Alteryx is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of turning strategic goals into actionable, realistic plans.
- Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
