Wordsmith Learning Hub is a book publisher and coaching center for about 10 years in singapore that specializes in the Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore syllabus. If you're passionate about developing high-quality educational materials and helping students succeed, join our team!We are Premier Coaching Centre running @ 5 Locations @ Singapore. We have other products like workshops for parents / students, Sigaram e-dictionary and tutors training.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:
  • Working with teachers to create lesson plans and materials for each subject area, including textbooks and other instructional materials
  • Developing assessment tools to measure students’ progress throughout the year
  • Working with teachers to identify areas of improvement for each student
  • Analyzing data from surveys and focus groups to determine which subjects need additional attention or revision
  • Designing academic programs based on state standards and federal requirements
  • Preparing syllabi, lesson plans, and homework assignments for teachers to use in class
  • Coordinating with teachers, principals, parents, and other staff members regarding the development of new programs
  • Developing new teaching methods that align with new technologies and approaches in education
Ideal Profile
  • You are a Ex-MOE teacher and flexible hours tutoring can apply
  • You have working knowledge of MOE PRIMARY CURRICULUM MATHS AND ENGLISH
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Minimum 5 year MOE primary Maths/English curriculum development and teaching experience is a requirement
  • Must have excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Experience with educational technology, such as Interactive Whiteboards/PPT is a plus
  • Able to think creatively and outside the box with innovative teaching ideas align with MOE syllabus
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and work well under pressure
  • Must possess excellent time management skills and be able to meet tight deadlines effectively
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Must be in good standing with MOE syllabus and in touch with curriculum writing
  • Flexible timing and result-oriented as per KPI
