- Liaise with all parties on all post-fixture matters to ensure timely exchange of operational details.
- Handle and resolve routine and complex issues related to cargo delivery, disputes, and claims between clients.
- Manage documentation and processes for cargo loading and discharging.
- Assist with calculations related to freight, demurrage, and laytime.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Operations on all ongoing operational tasks.
- Perform any additional tasks or duties as required.
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with charter party agreements, voyage instructions, stowage planning, and vessel tracking.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proactive and independent working style
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
