We contribute to the development of sustainable and smart cities, while enabling significant extension of existing buildings’ and infrastructures’ lifespans through refurbishment.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an intern to join us in the Project Administration team. This is a great chance to gain hands-on experience in project management in a dynamic environment. These include, but are not limited to:
  • To raise purchase order for supplies and sub-consultants
  • Submission of progress payment claims, raise tax invoice
  • Able to liaise with clients and business partners on claim and payment matter
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to the team member such as document registrar, document preparation, data entry and filing, update and preparation of reports
  • Provide admin support for projects and coordinate site staff related matters such as time sheet, leave application, training, medical claim, attendance and so on
