In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process for after-sales service support, including repair overhauls and spare parts for the APAC region. You’ll also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including service sales, workshop, parts planning, technical, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of technical issues. Additionally, you’ll provide administrative support to the service order management team as needed.What you’ll be doing:Handling all parts enquiries and order processing for the Network (external and internal distributors and Service Partners)Coordinating with Service Sales, Workshop team, Parts Technical team on all technical related issues, recommended BoM (Bill of material) list, Parts Maintenance Kits, Tools recommendationsCoordinating with Parts Planning and Purchasing team to ensure that delivery of required by the distributors are met on timeHandling spare parts warranty claims till closure of the claims arising from “order to cash” activitiesWho we’re looking for:University students studying Logistics, Supply Chain, Material Science, Engineering, Business, Admin, Arts & Social Sciences, Economics or related subjectsGood interpersonal and communication skills at all levels with positive working attitudeProficient in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge on SAP (Sales & Distribution Module), Shipping and Incoterms, good customers service skills and supply chain on parts distribution will be an advantageGood organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail.Must be able to work in Tukang (Jurong) officeOur behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
