You’ll support the development of automation and technology initiatives aimed at streamlining business processes and improving efficiency. Additionally, you’ll assist with daily operations, including tracking project progress. Your role will also involve supporting documentation and reporting tasks related to order management.What you’ll be doing:The Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia Order Management Team supports the Original Equipment (OE) (i.e. engines) Sales team with order processing, delivery coordination, and cash flow management.Supporting the development of IT solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiencyAssisting with daily operations, including cash management and billing plan trackingMaintaining clear and accurate operational documents and procedures in shared folders, and contributing to process improvements as neededCompiling various reports (e.g., sales reports, inventory reports)Providing ad hoc support to the Order Management Team as requiredWho we’re looking for:Polytechnic diploma or university students pursuing Engineering or BusinessStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with flexibility, adaptability, and a can-do attitudeProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointMotivated, organised, and detail-orientedMust be able to work at the Tukang (Jurong) officeOur behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
