- Cross sell all banking products such as loans, deposits, credit cards etc to meet customers’ needs
- Develop customer relationship through effective interaction, identify opportunities for selling financial products and services of the Bank
- Maintain high level of professionalism, integrity and service quality at all times
- Work closely with other units within the Bank to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers
- Manage daily operational matters including account opening, account maintenance, loan applications, credit card applications, transaction accounts enquiries, debit orders, stop payments, cashier’s order, cheque clearance, internet banking and others
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time
- Possess Degree/Diploma in any field from reputable institutions or equivalent working experience
- Minimum 2 years experiences in providing excellent customer service in banking industry
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong team player with positive attitude
- Knowledge of banking products and services will be added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office application.
