It is a Covered Person role i.e., a licensed representative who is in a client-facing role and providing financial advisory services to Accredited Investors.Responsibilities:Support Client Advisors (RMs) in client interaction and attend to client queries and review and resolve client enquiries and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.Prompt and accurate processing of clients banking and investment transactions. Activities include order taking and trade execution and is not limited to account onboarding and static maintenance, asset transfers, deposit, and loan processing.Provide ongoing financial advisory service to clients through the compilation and provision of marketing presentations, publications/research reports/investment products/high conviction recommended lists and attend to investment product queries as required.Provides information pertaining to client accounts as well as collates reports, prepares client documents and follow-ups with clients, if necessary.Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties to ensure that optimal client service is provided.Ensures adherence to local regulations and compliance with internal policies and standards and escalate service issues to relevant internal stakeholdersAs and when required, senior CAAs are required to provide mentorship to new CAAs as well as participate in ad hoc projects e.g., systems application UAT, process improvements and focus groups.Academic qualification:
(i) a GCE ‘A’ Level certificate with passes in at least three subjects at “Higher 2” level and two subjects at “Higher 1” level.
(ii) an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
(iii) a diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore; or
(iv) an academic qualification equivalent to those set out in (i), (ii) or (iii).

Paper 2: Industry & Product KnowledgeDuties require a CAA to be meticulous with details and a team player with strong motivation to deliver excellent client service. Good commiuncation skills and able to manage time and prioritise responsibilities.
Experience as an Assistant RM in a priority banking segment or experience in branch banking or in wealth segments is an entry route into the role.
