We are event designers, corporate idea junkies, and specialist producers of bespoke experiences.Here at Embrya, we believe corporate events are a way of successfully relaying your brand story to others, and to us, forging a customer-centric, collaborative partnership with you is key to understanding the essence of your company, product, or service.We have planned and produced events in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and South Korea. Each of these events managed for regional businesses, B2B companies, and tech firms began with getting to know the brand better, before customizing an experience that would engage their audience. This is to say, even though we’ve worked with a hundred clients over the years, we still approach new clients with fresh eyes and novel ideas to design and produce exciting events that generate forecasted results.Job DescriptionProduction Intern – Embrya

Location: Chinatown, Singapore (1 day WFH)

About the Role:Join Embrya’s fast-paced production team and dive into the world of live event execution! This internship offers hands-on experience in event planning, logistics coordination, and on-site production, giving you a 360° view of the industry. You’ll work alongside seasoned events executives to bring unforgettable events to life. From intimate corporate gatherings to large-scale productions.Key Responsibilities:Pre-Production Support: Assist with timelines, budgets, vendor communications, and creative briefs.On-Site Coordination: Help manage setups, guest registration, and run-of-show execution.Post-Event Wrap-Up: Contribute to debriefs, reports, and feedback sessions.Learning Opportunities: Shadow senior producers and gain insider knowledge of best practices.Ideal Candidate:

Highly organized and thrives in dynamic environments.

Strong communicator (English + Mandarin) for vendor liaisons.

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Google Workspace.

Passionate about events and eager to learn!
