- Singapore
- Training
- Full-time
- Conceptualize and develop functional AI agents for specific Bosch use cases (e.g., automating data analysis, orchestrating software tools, process mining).
- Write the "glue code" to connect Large Language Models (LLMs) with tools like APIs, databases, and code interpreters for real-world applications.
- Work extensively with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) to structure agent reasoning, memory, and planning.
- Master advanced prompt engineering techniques and assist with fine-tuning models for specific agentic tasks.
- Actively monitor and experiment with emerging agent architectures (e.g., ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, Multi-Agent Systems).
- Evaluate new use cases and rapidly build Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to validate ideas and demonstrate agentic workflow capabilities to stakeholders.
- Document learnings, code snippets, and design patterns for an internal "Agentic AI Playbook."
- Prepare and present live demos of your working agents to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of software development principles.
- Knowledge of LLM application frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers) or low-code platforms (n8n, Microsoft CoPilot Studio).
- Familiarity with using REST APIs and handling data formats like JSON.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), particularly their AI/ML services.
- Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to dive into new documentation, experiment with unfamiliar libraries, and debug complex problems independently.
- Real-world experience apply classroom knowledge to practical, real-life work scenarios
- Skill-development build technical and soft skills while being part of the team “in-action”
- Opportunities to network and learn from industry professionals
- Inclusive culture built on respect, collaboration, and empowerment
