  • You will manage the customer service counter in a shopping mall
  • Handle all shoppers and tenants' enquiries and feedback
  • Support Marketing Communication activities including but not limited to handling of promotional gift redemptions, bank rewards redemption, loyalty programme and events, and administrative duties
  • Provide administrative support whenever necessary

  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
