- Up to $3000, Shift Allowance, AWS, Bonus
- You will manage the customer service counter in a shopping mall
- Handle all shoppers and tenants' enquiries and feedback
- Support Marketing Communication activities including but not limited to handling of promotional gift redemptions, bank rewards redemption, loyalty programme and events, and administrative duties
- Provide administrative support whenever necessary
- Candidates with any customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply
- A pleasant personality with good spoken communication and customer service skills are essential
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
