- Collaborate with functional departments and headquarters on procurement requirements and planning
- Support the procure-to-pay process, including the tender process (issuance of request for proposals/quotations, comparison, evaluation, negotiation), purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Manage the procurement system and processes in accordance with the relevant directives, policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards
- Review new business partners and perform relevant checks
- Prepare routine management reports on procurement activities and performance
- Conduct onboarding and annual procurement training
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field
- 1-2 years working experience in a related field
- Strong structural, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound knowledge in procurement and corresponding internal control systems
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good team player and willing to work in a multicultural environment
