- Locate sources of supply for purchasing and obtaining prices
- Contact suppliers to negotiate, compare prices to determine best bids
- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Prepare, review and process requisition and purchase orders for supplies
- Estimate quantities and determine present and future material availability
- Monitor inventory movement and ordering materials when necessary
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- 3 years relevant experience in similar capacity, preferably from manufacturing or trading industry
- Responsible, dependable and diligent in work
- Possess initiative, negotiating and critical thinking skills
- Able to work independently and possess organizational and communication skills to accomplish goals
- Adaptable and flexible in accepting changes and responsibilities
