Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare invoices for Bareboat, Time, and Voyage ChartersTrack hire and freight payments with FinanceReconcile and settle hire statements and freight balances with owners/charterersMaintain hire records and support weekly/monthly P&L reportingCoordinate with agents on Port Disbursement Accounts (PDAs) and approve final PDAsHandle pre-funding and settlement of PDA paymentsCalculate and settle demurrage/despatch per charter termsRequirementsDiploma/Degree in Maritime, Shipping, Accounts, or related field1-3 years in dry bulk shipping, chartering, or operations preferredBasic knowledge of charter parties and port proceduresProficient in Excel; knowledge of IMOS/Danaos a plusDetail-oriented with strong numerical and communication skills
