- Analyze top-line and bottom-line performance across accounts and segments to guide commercial strategy.
- Identify volume-mix shifts, optimize product mix, and improve margin contribution.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to evaluate ROI on campaigns and trade spend.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly profitability reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to simulate pricing strategies and contract renewals.
- Drive implementation and improvement of sales and commercial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Track and report on commercial project milestones, KPIs, and outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out new tools, systems, and SOPs.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of new processes, gather feedback, and refine accordingly.
- Conduct training and onboarding sessions for sales teams on tools and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal users and digital support teams to enhance systems and test new features.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support for key presentations, customer negotiations, and strategic projects.
- Act as a commercial gatekeeper, ensuring compliance with pricing strategies and tender SOPs.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or Data Analytics.
- 35 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Financial Analysis, or Performance Metricspreferably in FMCG.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP.
- Experience in Series B/C startup environments is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven, and cross-functional setting.
