Construction Management & Execution Lead the construction phase of multiple electrical projects, overseeing installation, integration, and commissioning of electrical systems. Develop and manage construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans for electrical works. Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and installation of electrical components. Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve construction issues to maintain quality and safety standards. Review and approve electrical submittals, shop drawings, and contractor work plans. Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant international electrical codes (such as NEC, IEEE), Singapore local codes and regulations for electrical design and construction (e.g., SS 638:2018 - Code of Practice for Electrical Installations), applicable safety standards (NFPA, OSHA, MOM), and environmental regulations. Manage documentation for system handover, including as-built drawings, test reports, and operating manuals. Support the transition to facilities operations, providing technical expertise during ramp-up and ongoing support as needed. Collaborate with design engineers and other disciplines (mechanical, structural, process) to resolve design and construction interface issues. Ensure design changes are effectively communicated and implemented during construction. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Establish program milestones, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track progress and performance. Participate in post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future project delivery. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering and construction project/program management, ideally in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing, data center, and pharmaceutical environments. Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex electrical construction programs, including installation and commissioning. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Solid understanding of electrical design principles and ability to coordinate with design teams. Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP for drafting, modeling, and power system analysis. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
