You will work closely with contractors, engineers, and other disciplines to resolve field issues and ensure smooth project delivery. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or a related field). Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP construction coordination, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech industrial projects. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360) Construction Coordination & Field Support Plan and coordinate daily construction activities for MEP systems, ensuring alignment with master schedules and project milestones. Serve as the main on-site point of contact for all MEP-related issues, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams. Monitor installation progress and escalate delays, manpower shortages, or material constraints to project leadership as required. Verify that installed work complies with issued-for-construction (IFC) drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Identify and proactively resolve constructability issues and field clashes by coordinating with design engineers and relevant trades. Support work-front planning and ensure required permits, inspections, and prerequisites are in place prior to commencement. Participate in system walkdowns, punch list generation, and close-out activities to ensure installation and finishes meet acceptance criteria. Maintain daily field logs and contribute to weekly progress reports highlighting work progress, risks, and MEP-related issues. Facilitate effective coordination between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other trades to avoid clashes and rework. Support the review of construction drawings, shop drawings, and installation details to identify and address technical conflicts. Work with design and engineering teams to resolve discrepancies between IFC drawings and site conditions. Ensure proper recording and submission of redline drawings, field changes, and as-built documentation. Conduct routine inspections to ensure MEP installations comply with project quality standards and specifications. Support quality control checks and pre-functional testing for MEP systems. Monitor site safety practices related to MEP work and report any unsafe conditions or practices. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and semiconductor facility requirements.
