We are growing our presence in the region to help shape the digital asset ecosystem and contribute towards making Singapore one of the world's leading digital asset hub.Job DescriptionStructured Products Support Intern (Immediate, 6-months)Structured Products Support Intern (Immediate, 6-months)Position Overview:As a Sales Support Intern, you will work closely with the Structured Products Sales Team, assisting them with daily tasks that cover the entire process, from pre-trade to post-trade activities. This role provides valuable insight into the Sales function while also involving you in improving internal processes to enhance client service quality.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and client proposals, such as pitchbooks, event emails, and trade ideas.
  • Participate in day-to-day operations, including trade bookings, invoice processing, and fee payment management, working closely with the Finance Department.
  • Price structured notes using the Multi-Issuer Platform and individual pricers from existing issuers.
  • Collaborate closely with the compliance and sales teams to streamline and expedite prospect onboarding.
  • Develop internal tactical tools to increase productivity of the Sales Team
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience in Financial engineering skillset / STEM backgrounds
  • Strong analytical skills to understand complex products and customized ideas
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative for the benefit of the team
  • Organized with a drive to improve internal processes and develop new tools
  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams, including sales, structuring, finance, and compliance.
