We are growing our presence in the region to help shape the digital asset ecosystem and contribute towards making Singapore one of the world's leading digital asset hub.Job DescriptionIT Support Engineer Intern (6 Months, Immediate)Position Overview:The Support Engineer Intern will be responsible for assisting with the support, administration, and continued evolution of SBI DM’s internal IT infrastructure. These environments include the office IT environment, the SBI DM network and web sites, the office security systems, and SBI DM’s use of cloud platforms. This position requires broad technical experience and varied skill sets, along with an ability to work independently and coupled with a customer-focused approach to support. The Support Engineer will report to the Head of Infrastructure but will be interfacing with the rest of SBI DM, as well as vendors and technology partners.Principal Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Assist the Head of Infrastructure in managing office IT support and operations for a mixed platform environment that includes technology from Microsoft, Apple, AWS, and Google (among others).
Help troubleshoot, respond to inquiries and find solutions to technical challenges in a help desk support and operations setting, and provide other direct IT support to users as needed.
Assist with running support and operations for the SBI DM network, laptops and mobile devices, cloud platforms, and supported software.
Support maintenance of IT change management and inventory databases.
Design and deliver evolving changes to these platforms and the network, in conjunction with the Head of Infrastructure.
Support the design and execution of technical projects to ensure that requirements, milestones and deliverables are met.
Manage external vendors, delivery partners and solution providers for project delivery and maintenance.
Evaluate and recommend technologies and vendors appropriate for the SBI DM IT environment, and work with vendors on solution design and implementation.
Work with the Head of Security and Head of Infrastructure to help define policies and standards for risk mitigation and security of the various SBI DM IT environments.
Other duties and special projects as needed by the CTO or the Head of Infrastructure.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in Information Technology supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting system platforms and components such as office IT, PCs and mobile devices, networks, and cloud management will be an added advantage.
Have demonstrable technical, problem-solving, and customer management skills, for example manning a help desk or systems administration support.
Experience with multiple IT platforms, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Apple iOS, AWS, Azure, GCP, etc will be an added advantage.
Some familiarity with office operational systems such as CCTV, card access, UPS, and phone systems is helpful but not essential.
Interest in blockchain, distributed ledger technologies, and/or cryptocurrency is helpful but not required.
Pursuing degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred, but experience and/or aptitude may suffice.
Able to commit full-time for 6 months immediately.
