Early Years Educator | International Preschool (Immediate)

• Permanent role
• Work location: East
• Work hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5pm (Usually ends around 3-3.30pm)
• 12-13 weeks of holiday

• Manage a class with an Associate Teacher
• Plan, prepare and deliver educational programmes adhering to school curriculum policies and standards
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences and employ suitable teaching pedagogies to foster high-quality education
• Identify and integrate innovative teaching techniques, resources, and assistive technologies in line with emerging educational trends
• Collaborative effectively with grade level teams to to implement conceptually driven, inquiry-based units from the IPC curriculum
• Uphold equal opportunities for all students
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and adherence to the UK National Curriculum for English
• Foster positive rapport with both parents and students

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in education or related teaching certifications
• At least 2 to 5 years of relevant teaching experience in the early years setting
• An understanding of International Preschool Curriculum is a bonus
• Knowledge of or willingness to acquire knowledge of inquiry-based learning is an advantage
