Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide.Objectives of the internship:Within the Alstom APAC Innovation Station based in Singapore, support the green innovation leader in driving green innovations, which could include:

Designing circular economy initiatives
Supporting the deployment of environmental claims
Structuring carbon credit mechanisms
Testing and evaluating new HVAC technologies

Main responsibilities:Support the green innovation leader in the managment and execution of innovation projects:

support the management of projects: assist in setting objectives and KPIs, track progress and follow up open points, prepare and conduct projects meeting
support the technical development of green innovations:

collect and analyse data (e.g. carbon emissions, materials balances, test result)
extract relevent elements from available documentation
analyse regulatory context on specific topics (carbon finance, waste management, green communication...)
support the validatation of green innovations:

assess feasibility: conduct small calculations, prepare and review test plans, assess costs
conduct market studies: identify customers, prepare questionnaires and analyze results
prepare business plans
prepare communication documents and presentations
on opportunity, propose and initiate new innovations

What We’re Looking For:

Background in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A rigorous and detail-oriented approach to work
Interest in sustainability, innovation, and green technologies
Good communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
