Assist in selecting, structuring and managing innovation projects (scope, schedule, budget, ROI).
Support the transformation of innovative ideas into actionable projects and value
Contribute to scaling up successful initiatives across the APAC region.
Conduct research and benchmarking on emerging technologies and trends in mobility.
Support internal and external communication efforts related to innovation projects and initiatives.
Assist in the management and curation of the Innovation Showroom, including content updates and visitor engagement.
Help organize and coordinate open innovation events, workshops, and hackathons with startups, partners, and internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations

Profile & Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Innovation, Communications, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest in sustainable mobility and transportation technologies.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
