
Senior eCommerce Analyst

- Take end-to-end responsibility for monitoring and analysing e-commerce results across Dyson.com, marketplaces, and emerging digital channels.
- Respond to Group reporting, coordinating and operational requests with timely and accurate updates, ensuring alignment on definitions and KPIs.
- Support joint planning sessions with e-commerce sales leads, marketing, media, and retention teams to help ensure alignment of strategies and measurable results.
- Track and analyse digital sales performance, campaign ROI, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition/retention metrics.
- Identify key opportunities to optimize campaigns, promotions, and product placements across platforms to accelerate sales.
- Monitor competitor benchmarks and market trends to inform commercial strategies.
- Customer Journey & Site/Channel Optimization
- Map and analyse the full customer journey, identifying drop-off points and recommending solutions to improve conversion rates.
- Review and optimize site and marketplace merchandising to ensure product visibility, attractiveness, and alignment with sales priorities.
- Support initiatives to enhance customer experience, increase basket size, and drive repeat purchases.
- Lead direct-to-customer trading meetings together with merchandisers, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to drive results.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and regional reporting and data teams to deep dive on risk and opportunities to drive results and insights delivery including optimising different online platforms.
- Present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Consolidate reporting for ongoing sales and marketing projects, building dashboards and trackers to visualize KPIs and business impact.
- Ensure performance updates are clearly communicated to management, group teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in digital analytics, e-commerce performance, or marketing analysis.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms (brand.com, marketplaces) and digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, CRM, retention).
- Proficient in Excel and data visualization; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Achievement of e-commerce sales targets across Dyson.com, marketplaces, and new channels.
- Clear insights delivered to group and local teams through timely and accurate reporting.
- Improved conversion rates and reduced drop-offs via customer journey and merchandising improvements.
- Joint planning sessions leading to stronger collaboration and execution across sales, marketing, media, and retention teams.
- High stakeholder satisfaction from proactive recommendations during trading meetings and business reviews.
