- Content Development: develop EC A+ content for new product launches and enhancements of existing content.
- Insights Generation: collaborate with Customer Engagement Analyst in the Business Intelligence team to develop insights from the dashboard and recommend action plan for the lead markets.
- e-store audits: conduct e-store audits based on guidelines and follow through with market PICs.
- Provide inputs to investment and promotion plans: attend periodic meetings with in-market EC leads and enablers. Propose recommendations on media investment optimization and promotions to drive sales.
- Desktop research: deep dive into lead markets’ shoppers’ behaviors, trends and best practices for Social Commerce campaigns.
- Undergraduate students of Business/Marketing
- Well verse in Excel, PowerPoint, video and image editing software
- Strong data analysis skills
- Enjoys online shopping, well versed in Shopee/Lazada/Tik Tok mobile apps
- Strong interest in influencer marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure
- Able to work both individually and as a team player
- Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality
- Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence
- Articulate, deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment
- Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare organization will be an added advantage
