You will be responsible for the development and implementation of digital resources and content strategies. Your collaboration with teams at various levels-global, regional, and local-will be essential for ensuring clear and impactful communication across all consumer touchpoints.Responsibilities:
  • Streamline the process of adapting creative content quickly and delivering it on time.
  • Improve product content to guide customers through their decision-making process, working closely with global and regional teams.
  • Monitor online customer experiences and use data to find areas for improvement.
  • Create reports on how well the content and products are performing and utilizing the data to make decisions.
  • Collaborate with the ecommerce team to optimize templates and content for improved conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Track content usage, reach, and impact by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reviewing competitor content and market trends to ensure optimized and leading-edge content.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
skills and experience required
  • You should have prior experience in UI / UX and be familiar working with e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to analyze problems and demonstrate critical thinking
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
