Job DescriptionThe role and responsibilities:As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you are empathetic to customers, passionate about transformation, digitally savvy, driven by the entrepreneurial space and a smart problem solver. As a consultant, we work closely with our corporate clients to understand and prioritise their challenges and growth opportunities
Plan and conduct discovery sessions via user immersion and/or market research to better understand the client, their customers and stakeholders, their pain points and business constraints
Generate insights from user research and present them to stakeholders using effective and creative methods (e.g. Personas, As-is Journey and Ethnographic Research)
Plan and facilitate ideation and prototyping workshops to engage clients and their stakeholders
Ideate new propositions and bring them to life through to-be experiences, user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes though compelling story telling
Plan and execute the validation of products, services or business models with users
Guide the refinement of products, services or business models based on feedback
Support in driving an innovation culture through engaging and supporting business unit champions
Design and innovate across a wide range of projects, technologies and devices
Set design direction and prioritise design efforts against the product roadmap and experience design vision
Collaborate with Product Managers and Development Managers throughout the product cycle, delivering effective design solutions that meet current requirements and can scale for future releases
Convey design ideas via sketches, storyboards, user flows, low-fidelity mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and written specs to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and other project team members
Manage and execute UI/UX patterns and foundation with Design Systems
Create and share documentation of UX progress, updates and findings within the team and across the organisation
Participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts as well as help drive the understanding and value of UX
Plan and facilitate Design Sprints / Workshop with stakeholders - F2F or remote
Contribute to the Digital Village culture among the teams through assigned and personal initiatives

⠀The experience we are looking for:

Experienced senior designer in a consulting field or similar client-facing environment and work with various industries
Managed or work with design teams to implement and advocate good design standards and practices
Experienced in adopting and using Design Thinking methodology to deliver excellent end-to end design deliverables to users or client that meets their need
Comfortable in presenting design decisions professionally to clients and internal teams
Experienced designing for complex workflows and working with multiple product or development teams
Knowledge and provable experience in an ecosystem comprehensive of an experience which includes responsive designs, mobile, desktop, and others
Good understanding of UX Strategy, business-design, market research and value proposition
Good understanding of design systems and is able to provide guidance on managing it
Good understanding of information architecture, multiple user-flows and complex enterprise or system designs
You care deeply about value, usability and delightful experiences and obsessed with good user-centred design practices
Advocate for good UI/UX product design processes, strategic design practices and lean UX methodologies
Keen to learn, highly collaborative team player, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Min 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design in delivering internal and/or multiple-industry type of client facing products

Additional value you have that will interest us:

You have experience with Figma, Figjam, community resources and plug-ins
You have experience in a fast-paced consultancy with strict timelines, limited resource management and multiple stakeholder management
Possess business acumen, project management and experienced in business models
You have industry experience or expertise in AI-driven design, ESG, blockchain, customer loyalty engagement, internal systems, financial services or supply chain management
You have experience in building a product, and/or are part of a venture
Experienced in strategic design and research, service design
You have experience creating, contributing and governing Design Systems
Good understanding of Atomic Design and a strong eye for layout, colour, and typography
You have experience in Frontend Development, and/or design tokens
You are an advocate of Accessibility & Inclusivity and have a depth of understanding and implementing inclusive design practices
You have experience with the Adobe Suite, have done marketing collaterals, video making, animation, graphic design
