- Oversee and manage National, Public Service and Ministry Awards i.e. National Day Awards, Public Sector Transformation Awards and other internal awards, to recognise and motivate officers and build a culture of excellence in MDDI. • Facilitate Board renewals and appointments for MDDI Family agencies and work with stakeholders i.e. board secretaries, respective policy divisions, and PSD, to ensure governance and alignment with board guidelines. • Review and implement HR policies and processes in the areas of: - Awards and Recognition - Code of Conduct - Compensation & Benefits • Partner divisions for business continuity planning to ensure MDDI can maintain operations and support employees in times of crisis.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resource management roles • Meticulous, able to multi-task and deliver quality work within timelines • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Openness to embrace change and adopt new technologies We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
