- Assist in campus recruitment operations, providing end-to-end support for recruitment-related activities, such as campus events, networking sessions and Open Days.
- Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates.
- Execute HR projects and initiatives such as employer branding and internal referral programs to acquire suitable talents.
- Perform other tasks as required by the TA Lead.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a high level of self-motivation.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
