  • Assist in campus recruitment operations, providing end-to-end support for recruitment-related activities, such as campus events, networking sessions and Open Days.
  • Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates.
  • Execute HR projects and initiatives such as employer branding and internal referral programs to acquire suitable talents.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the TA Lead.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible and able to work independently.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a high level of self-motivation.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
Commitment Period: Full-time, 6 months and above
