Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.Responsibilities
1. Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
2. Screen resumes to match qualifications with role requirements.
3. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
4. Support the tracking and updating of applicant information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
5. Help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor hiring progress.
6. Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.
7. Assist in providing a smooth and engaging interview experience.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
3. Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and talent strategy
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications
1.
