  • Manage the financial close process, ensuring compliance to SFRS/IFRS requirements.
  • Ensure a robust controls environment including adherence to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).
  • Work with relevant stakeholders across legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with various internal and external policies and regulations.
  • Ensure timely completion of year-end audit.
  • Manage the relevant entities corporate tax, GST and transfer pricing reporting.
  • Work closely with external auditors and tax accountant where necessary
Role requirements
  • At least 8 years experience ideally within private equity or fund management industry, but candidates from investment banks can also be considered
  • CPA qualified or equivalent
