Our custom-built digital tools provide real-time visibility, ePOD (electronic Proof of Delivery), and streamlined billing for seamless customer experience.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Admin Intern to support our Freight Team in Full Container Load (FCL) and Less-than-Container Load (LCL) operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in freight logistics and develop a solid foundation in customer service and administrative functions.Requirements:ITE/Polytechnic/Diploma students in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related fieldsStrong communication and coordination skillsDetail-oriented with a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Knowledge of FCL and LCL processes is a bonus, but not requiredWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months, with possibility of extensionStart Date: ImmediateKey Responsibilities:Assist with preparation of shipping documents (e.g., booking confirmations, BL, DO)Liaise with customers on shipment status, collection/delivery arrangementsCoordinate with driver and warehouse personnelMaintain accurate and timely records of shipments in the systemProvide general administrative support to the logistics teamHelp resolve basic customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessaryApplication InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
