You will be based in Singapore Office.Your Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development
  • Lead the creation of end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Maintain transformation roadmap to align with ISC strategy and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teams to lead Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Automation excellence.
Governance
  • Manage governance program management framework, tools, ISC leadership updates.
  • Monitor adherence to risk and opportunities, project development streams and project goals.
  • Collaborate with ISC partners within the organization and across the Rockwell enterprise.
Program Management
  • Lead the Supply Chain Strategy programs, overseeing strategic initiatives.
  • Identify optimization opportunities to improve cost, performance, and service levels.
  • Implement scalable tools, automation, and digital solutions to enhance supply chain capabilities.
Partner Engagement
  • Partner with IT, finance, operations, and other partners to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership and steering committees on program status and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and new ideas within the supply chain organization.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, governance, or program management.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSCP, or CPIM are.
  • You will collaborate in team settings.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
