- Facilitate development and implementation of digitally enabled solutions to optimize sales and leads pipelines.
- Support in digital strategy formulation, commercial due diligence for transactions, partnerships and new ventures.
- Maintain a high degree of awareness and knowledge of technological and industry trends to ensure an outside-in perspective when defining our digital strategy.
- Work with Group Digital and BUs to identify business uplift opportunities that have not yet been explored or defined by GO.
- Measure all the leads coming into the 3 key digital channels managed by Group Digital (Omne, Cube, OneWeb), making sure the lead sources are improved.
- Support the build of the leads solutioning, responsible for requirement gathering, delivery of digital leads solution.
- Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and control within existing and new digital solutions.
- Monitor and analyse digital solution performance, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyse and evaluate key industry developments, emerging trends, competitor insights and distil relevant implications.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards in digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and develop business cases for new commercial opportunities.
- Graduated from a recognised university, with major in business, finance, computer related major with strong communication skills
- Hands-on experience in Insurance and domain expert
- Experience with SaaS implementation, including vendor selection, configuration and user training
- Excellent communication skills, good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Knowledge of an Asian language is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly
- Proficient knowledge in using data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI,GA4, and Tableau is an advantage.
- Strong understanding for digital metrics and trends in digital channels
- Work experience in insurance industry is preferred, with solid life insurance domain knowledge.
- Familiar with both domestic and international insurance markets, and knowledge of digital trends in the insurance and banking industry
- Equipped with the ability to analyze and solve problems, communication skills, and project planning capabilities.
