- To assess and evaluate FDW Work Permit applications and appeals in accordance to the FDW Work Permit policy and processing criteria and convey the outcome to customers expeditiously • To handle enquiries and provide prompt, accurate and clear advisory to customers relating to FDW Work Permit policy, Work Permit application/appeal procedures • Support the team in administrative duties • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors
- Possess good customer service, communication (written and spoken) skills • Possess good analytical, creative thinking, meticulous and problem-solving skills • Be a good team player with a customer-focused mindset • Be able to multi-task, work independently, proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations
