What the role is:The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment.We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore's built environment.What you will be working on:You will be part of a dynamic team to strategize, develop and execute built environment (BE) career promotion, engagement and talent attraction plans. We work closely with various stakeholders such as BE firms, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) to engage students.In this position, you will play a pivotal role in leading and planning programmes and breaking new grounds to brand the BE Sector as the career of choice.What we are looking for:A tertiary qualification in business/ human resource/ marketing/ built environment or related course is strongly preferredCandidates with work experience in marketing, events, talent attraction and/or workforce planning and fresh graduates are welcome.Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of spoken and written EnglishGood interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and persuade stakeholders and work well in a teamAble to work independently and have a good eye for details in operations and administration workEnjoy working with various groups of stakeholders and engage studentsExperience in the Built Environment sector or knowledge of Built Environment careers and courses will be highly advantageousSuccessful candidates will be offered contract employment.Interested applicants, please apply online.About Building and Construction Authority:The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is an agency under the Ministry of National Development, whose mission is to shape a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment.
