The Global Security Operations Center Operations Center (GSOC) Team Lead will report to the Global Security Operations Center Manager, while leading the core operations of the GSOC for APAC. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the response and select projects of the Global Security Operations Center, creating and using tactical intelligence for operations/crises, collaborating with cross-functional partners within the Meta business on workstreams such as crisis response and management, emergency coordination, and business information and intelligence sharing in a world-class control center. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing support to stakeholders during disruptions and leading the escalation and communication to both field and key leadership, as well as leading the cross-organizational crisis management team in situations when the GSOC activates its Incident Command capabilities. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with vendor, project, and finance management.APAC GSOC Operations Team Lead ResponsibilitiesLead the team on a daily basis and coordinate ongoing projectsDetermine staffing requirements: guides recruiting, hiring, training, development, and retention of highly qualified team membersDevelop a strong understanding of operational risks and drive the response process in order to minimize the impact of these risksManage, review, and coordinate future planning based on operational metrics, intelligence and healthEngage with partners to ensure operational alignment across the organization as it pertains to emergency response, training, systems deployment, and suite of services alignmentLead crisis and emergency response operationsBuild intelligence collection plansexecute operations based on intelligence collectionsDevelop and manage risk controlsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience as a team lead or manager of a team in a demanding business or operational environment5+ years in emergency/law enforcement of military operations and/or relevant or related experience5+ years of tactical/operational intelligenceLeadership experience of operations in a joint operational environment, or GSOC, to include military, law enforcement or first responder operationsExperience building relationships and influencing stakeholders across multiple disciplinesPreferred QualificationsAdvanced certifications in risk, intelligence, project management, finance, business administration, etcExtensive GSOC, military, intelligence (security), law enforcement or first responder experience, with leadership responsibilitiesDirect management of large, multifaceted budgetsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
