- Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing comprehensive test plans and executing product reliability validation prior to launch.
- Employ a variety of test equipment and software tools to conduct functional, environmental, and stress testing to ensure conformity to requirements.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve potential issues early in the product lifecycle.
- Utilize CAD software and other design tools to develop mechanical systems and tooling components that meet performance and quality standards.
- Analyze end-to-end process efficiency and propose improvements for optimization, leveraging data-driven insights and problem-solving skills.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- Able to commit for a 5-6 months full-time internship, starting in May 2026.
- Data driven with proven analytical thinking & problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to grasp new technologies and concepts quickly.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, independent & highly motivated.
