​​College Intern - Manufacturing Process EngineerDescription -What a ​College Intern - Manufacturing Process Engineer does at HP:
  • In this role, the candidate will acquire industry knowledge in Final Assembly manufacturing and build technical competencies such as robust problem solving and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to characterize processes, drive process improvements and identify key opportunities to enhance line yield and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in technical investigation and failure analysis for process related quality issues
  • Support engineering team in developing automated data solutions, including converting web-based data into structural excel formats to improve operational efficiency.
  • Embrace a strong One-team culture, create the resilient can-do attitude with the existing team.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
  • Bachelor undergraduate in Engineering/Industrial Systems. Relevant experiences in SMART Manufacturing will be considered.
  • Able to commit 5-6 months full-time internship, starting in January 2026.
  • Independent with ability to grasp new technologies and methodologies quickly.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving capability throughout university course work.
  • Demonstrated strong technical competence and judgment.
  • Effective communication skills.
