You will be responsible in delivering high-quality HR operational support for the healthcare professionals. This role ensures efficient and accurate HR services delivery whilst maintaining compliance with healthcare bodies' regulations and policies. The incumbent will drive operational excellence through standardising processes and building strong team dynamics.Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end employee life-cycle HR transactions
Manage employee data and maintain accuracy in the HRIS system
Handle HR queries from employees
Support payroll processing
Generate HR analytics reports and dashboards on key metrics to support data-driven decision making
Support HR compliance and audit requirements, ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines
Liaise with healthcare regulatory bodies for medical registration matters
Review, streamline and implement standardised HR processes and documentation to enhance operational efficiency
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of HR processes and healthcare employment regulations
Attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality
