No prior background needed.Our signature team building programmes blend music, fun, and connection, creating unforgettable moments for teams across Singapore.Clients include Google, Apple, Shopee, and many more.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Corporate Projects Executive to join our team and help companies plan meaningful and fun team bonding experiences.You’ll be handling inbound leads (no cold calls), liaising with HR professionals and corporate clients, and managing the event planning process from enquiry to execution.If you enjoy people, love organising impactful experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, this might be for you.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound leads via email, phone, and WhatsAppUnderstand clients' event needs and recommend suitable music-based programmesPrepare proposals and quotations, and follow up to secure bookingsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event executionAttend and support events when needed (especially large-scale or VIP sessions)Maintain excellent client relationships and post-event follow-upsWho We’re Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident, proactive, and highly organisedGreat with timelines, details, and handling multiple clients/projectsPrior experience in corporate events, hospitality, or MICE is a bonus (but not required)Fresh grads welcome.
