Cleantech Solar is a pan-Asia supplier of renewable energy to corporates, combining the capabilities of a regional player with responsiveness and agility.Job DescriptionThis position reports to the Corporate Financing and Treasury Director, and interfaces with internal stakeholders and external lenders. Cleantech Solar is a leading provider of renewable energy to corporations in Southeast Asia and India. The company owns and operates more than 300 solar power plants across the 7 countries.The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in a quantitative discipline such as accounting, mathematics, etc with keen interest in the fast growing renewable energy sector.Specific ResponsibilitiesThe individual will have the opportunity to: * Participate in day-to-day treasury activities such as cash flow management, bank account management, bank guarantee management, loan management, etc
  • Participate in financial modelling handling, cash flow projection, and any other related treasury tasks using Microsoft Excel
  • Participate in debt management and monitoring for renewable energy projects
  • Manage debt utilisation process by working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in data collection and evaluation to ensure data accuracy
  • Improve efficiency and productivity of internal process
  • Gain experience with Customer Relationship Management Platform (SalesForce), Data Visualisation tool (PowerBI), and data analysis using Excel
Competencies * Active participation in day-to-day treasury activities such as cash flow management, bank account management, bank guarantee management, loan management, etc
  • Active participation in financial modelling, cash flow projection, and any other related treasury tasks using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form with strong attention to detail
  • Participation in debt management and reporting for renewable energy projects
  • Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders (to develop good communication and team management skills)
  • Improve efficiency and productivity of internal process
