Position Title: Field Service Engineer
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Carry out on-site preventive and corrective maintenance for semiconductor metrology systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
Document service activities and monitor equipment performance accurately.
Manage and update spare parts inventory, ensuring required components are readily available for service operations.
Comply with all safety procedures and standards consistently.
Engage in ongoing Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs).

Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
At least 3 years' experience in a field service engineering role, ideally within semiconductor metrology or a related manufacturing sector.
Hands-on experience with defect inspection or review tools.
Capable of working in a cleanroom setting and overtime when necessary.
