- Lead business development initiatives targeting Japanese enterprises across the Pan-APAC region, including both headquarters and regional subsidiaries.
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships, acting as a cultural and strategic bridge between Japanese clients and internal delivery teams.
- Identify market opportunities and plan go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery leads to develop tailored ICT solutions that meet client needs.
- Drive the full sales cycle, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery and long-term account retention.
- Conduct market analysis and pricing studies to support strategic planning and service differentiation.
- 5-12 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or consulting within IT services.
- Proven ability to engage Japanese clients, with a deep understanding of Japanese business culture and expectations.
