- Meal Planning: Creating customized meal plans based on employers' preferences, dietary needs, and nutritional requirements.
- Grocery Shopping: Purchasing the necessary ingredients for meals, including sourcing specialty items and fresh produce.
- Cooking: Preparing a variety of Indian dishes
- Must be able to communicate with employer to receive feedback and adjust meal plans as needed.
- Special Events: Providing catering services for parties, gatherings, and special occasions.
- Dietary Management: Keeping up to date with the latest nutritional information to accommodate special diets, allergies, and food intolerances.
- Must have experience in cooking for at least 3 years
- Exceptional proven ability in managing kitchen operation, budget and procurement.
- Excellent time management skills
- Adaptable, organized, and skilled in various cooking techniques especially in North Indian cuisine
- Good grooming standards and personal presentation
