- Design and execute a regional marketing & communications activation plan for APAC (excluding China & Japan), aligned with global campaign objectives and local market needs.
- Collaborate with the global Marketing and Communication teams to ensure the global strategy serves the region and to provide insights on local markets and audiences
- Track and analyze campaign performance, applying insights to optimize future activity.
- Act as the key marketing interface for APAC (excluding China & Japan), coordinating closely with internal teams across regions and functions.
- Align campaign plans with regional priorities and seek ongoing feedback from partners and stakeholders.
- Develop PR materials, manage local PR agencies when relevant, and pitch stories to top-tier media outlets to enhance CDP’s nature topics by working closely with the Media Relations & Spokesperson Engagement team to address trending local issues.
- Prepare and brief senior spokespeople for media interviews and journalist engagements.
- Secure and coordinate high-level speaking opportunities for senior spokespeople at regional events.
- Organize CDP-hosted events (e.g., webinars, roundtables) to drive thought leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare detailed briefings for senior spokespeople and talking points to ensure message consistency and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate with our CEO Office team for CEO media profiling and event opportunities.
- Lead LinkedIn and other digital content strategies to reach APAC (excluding China & Japan) audiences, aligned with CDP’s brand and voice.
- Localize centrally developed global social media and email campaigns for greater regional impact.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Performance & Enablement team to optimize regional performance on the CDP website and digital channels
- Excellent written communication skills in English. Ability to independently draft compelling media and event materials, aligning with global key messaging, including on complex and sensitive topics.
- Understanding of corporate sustainability, financial markets, and ESG-related regulations and policies.
- Experienced in media relations, including managing PR agencies, pitching to top-tier journalists, and preparing press materials.
- Confident in planning and executing Digital and Social media strategies (LinkedIn) to build brand presence and engagement
- Experience in organizing both owned and third-party events, from concept to delivery, including securing speaking opportunities and coordinating logistics and briefing of senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in providing integrated marketing communications strategies for campaign planning and execution.
- Creative and strategic mindset, capable of applying innovative ideas to achieve organizational objectives and KPIs. • Adaptable and resourceful — thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized with a meticulous approach to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. A critical eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Proven ability to collaborate across global and regional teams, aligning efforts across functions and markets.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking performance metrics, measuring impact, and applying insights for improvement.
- Passionate about promoting and building CDP’s brand presence globally and regionally. Collaborate with the global Marketing and Communication teams to ensure the global strategy serves the region and to provide insights on local markets and audiences.
