Additionally the first focus for this role is to lead the end-to-end delivery and testing of digital products to ensure that digital solutions are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are supported by robust issue resolution processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery outcomes.What you do1. Establish and manage issue tracking and resolution processes across delivery and testing phases.2. Ensure timely identification, logging, prioritization, and resolution of issues.3. Coordinate with development, QA, and support teams to resolve blockers and defects.4. Maintain issue dashboards and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.5. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.6. Lead the agile team as product owner to deliver the product road map required to support the business growth and strategy of the wholesale and SME banking segments.7. Work in agile framework and be accountable for delivery of product build road map by ensuring that platform road maps prioritised against business are published regularly.8. Collaborate with agile team members to deliver wireframes, user journeys, and product backlog, and other artifacts as needed to support technical design and development.Who you areDemonstrated passion for transformative user experiences.Bachelor's Degree or higher from a reputable university / collegeAt least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate internet and mobile banking systems in financial institutionsProven track record of managing complex digital projects in agile environments.Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and issue management frameworks.Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Selenium, and issue tracking systems.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills to ensure the product roadmap and features are well presented and buy-in obtained from stakeholders.Prior experience in Corporate Banking Digital Channels will be highly desired.Who you work withGlobal Transaction Banking Division offers cash management, trade finance and supply chain finance solutions.
